• Your Content: You retain ownership of the materials you upload to your classes. You grant Openedu only the limited rights needed to process and deliver the service to you.

2. Acceptable Use & AI-Generated Output

The primary mission of Openedu.ai is to help learners and creators study, create, and work faster with AI. AI-generated content (essays, summaries, reports, images, and diagrams) is provided as a learning and productivity aid and should be reviewed for accuracy before relying on it.

3. Right of Publicity & Fair Use (California Civil Code § 3344)

Names, titles, and images that may appear in search results or AI references are used solely for identification and informational purposes under the "Fair Use" doctrine.
